GRIP MAT TECHNIQUE
NEW IDEA !!!! Instead of bubblewrap
Place a sheet of grippy mat non slip drawer liner on top of SHAMWOW or an old towel .Place a sheet of very ,very fine (it is almost like tissue paper plastic!) painters plastic dropsheet on top . Lay your wool fibres as usual on top of this ,net and wet and after wetting down blot lightly if necessary with the towel /Shamwow .A little bar soap rubbed over the net at this stage can speed the felting process. Remove net and place another sheet of painters drop sheet plastic over the top of the wet layed out wool .Roll up the grip mat ,wool and plastic and proceed as usual)
Whatever you use be aware of the environment .Dry out the painters sheet and grip mat after use .Try not to buy new plastic but use recycled where available.
